在执行set_dft_specification_requirements -memory_test on时出现warning：

warning: No modules with attribute tcd memory name or tcd memory cluster name
and no child blocks with memories found. Verify your 'set design source -format tcd memory( cluster)'!
settings if you are supposed to have some or use -memory bist off if you are not

检查一下你写的tcd，大概率是写tcd 缺失关键的memory 标识信息

这个肯定的是tcd的问题，你的tcd里面的ram和design好像对不上，我感觉时这个问题？不知道对不
