run tmax2

Run tmax2 遇到了这样的问题:

Error: Test-ATPG-* license could not be acquired

可否指点一下缺的feature 是什么?

之前跑testmax（不是tetramax）22版本遇到过，从DC相同目录下拷贝一个过来

你在 auxx 下 ln -s syn/dc.err dc.err 试试
