确认了下， set_parameter assume_driver_load both 设置了，W415的rule也有并且指定要报error。 RTL明显没驱动一个output，报告中没看到

手册上写“Use the assume_driver_load parameter in replacement of checkDriverInModule parameter. By default, the assume_driver_load parameter is not set and the W415 rule does not report a violation, if a net connected to output port of an instance is not driven inside that instance.” 也没其他rule，可以报无驱动的。
