Responsibilities:

1,Deliberate with management, customer, and marketing staff on the possible requirements and procedures for a project

2,Organize and manage mechanical team, making detailed plans that work towards the fulfillment of a set objective

3,Direct, evaluate, and confirm design and changes to deliver high quality products on schedule

4,Develop and implement policies, standards, and procedures for the engineering and technical work

5,Recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate employees in their work station

6,Supervise the development and maintenance of staff abilities and suitability in the organization

7,Manage the installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and CIP of facilities and equipment

8,Collaborate with functional groups to make development progressing smoothly

9,Troubleshoot a variety of complex problems, perform Root Cause Analysis and resolve a variety of difficult engineering issues

Requirements:

1,Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering

2,10+ years’ experience in the semiconductor equipment development

3,5+ working years as a mechanical engineering manager is required

4,Experience with CVD process system development is preferred

5,Expert knowledge of mechanical, electrical, thermal, flow and material engineering

6,Extensive knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM), finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD)

7,Familiarity with SEMI S2/S8 specification

8,Strong Leadership, problem-solving, communication, organizational and planning skills
