the period seems is determined by the larger C/I and the duty cycle is determined by the smaller C/I. run sim to verify if this is true.

谢谢您的回答，可我听起来有点大道至简，请问这个振荡电路的名字叫什么呢？有推荐查看的资料或者课本吗

no idea about the name. but you should be able to understand how does it work: the I is charging the C and depending on the slope, it will set the R/S in the latch at different time --> generating the pulses (clocks).
