TSMC018PDK中提到的每指栅宽范围最大是8um，但是设置的时候却可以超过8um，这是怎么回事

The doc. only guarantee the simulation will match measurement result well with single device L < 8um. If you set L>8um, it's fine. But your simluation result is meaningless.
