Synopsys tools pup up problem

Would you help me ?
When I am running the synopsys tools command it take more that 5 minute to pup up the tools.
any budy had this issue?

tools try to communicate with servers. try netstat to find the connection info and redirect these address to localhost in hosts file.

I have added this line to my hosts file but unfortunately it doesn't work.
My Cadence tools work properly.

But I dont know what happended to my Synopsys tools.
