IC618安装tsmc18rf工艺出问题

如题，我已经安装教程转换为oa格式了，但有个文件prop.xx转化好像失败了，tsmc18rf还是不能用，这个文件是什么作用，删了有影响吗

没问题了，我是把转换后的tsmc18rf文件夹直接copy过去了，直接copy过去是把名字相同的文件替代，但是像prop.xx文件在转换之后应该是没用了，所以还是把旧文件夹直接删除再copy过去这样不会出问题。

想点开一个cell看看，结果。。。

楼主你解决这个问题了吗，我也是用的这个工艺，按照安装教程之后想仿真蒙卡结果报错和你一样：
