open terminal and run command:
docker run -it --hostname lizhen --mac-address 02:42:ac:11:00:02 phyzli/ubuntu18.04_xfce4_vnc4server_synopsys
It will pull the docker image automatically.

1. Docker is an application that uses the OS-level virtualization technique. You can install docker on many OS like Windows, Linux, and macOS. As long as you have docker installed, you can use the image. The image itself is built from ubuntu18.04.2. You need to learn how to use docker. Once you know how to use docker, you know the answer to this question.
3. "An out-of-the-box feature, particularly in software, is a feature or functionality of a product that works immediately after or even without any special installation without any configuration or modification." You just need to run the command, and all mentioned tools are available without any configuration.
