已经将库添加进入Library Path Editor中，但是在进行仿真的时候出现
ERROR (SFE-23): "input.scs" 12: The instance `NM1' is referencing an undefined model or subcircuit, `n5'. Either include the file containing the definition of `n5', or define `n5' before running the simulation.

应该是model文件没有加载进去，看看libinit.il里的model加载的路径

设置仿真model，在virtuoso输入下面命令
load "/home/edauser/PDK/TSMC018_1P6M/tsmc18rf/libInit.il"（改成自己的路径）

账号		自动登录	找回密码
密码			注册
