Cannot run S with following message
(snpslmd) DENIED: XXXXXXX - excluded by SSS.   All RK's excluded.

make sure your tool version is 2019 or later, 2018 don't need to patch.
use the attached demon to start license server. ~/ocad/tools/licsrv/bin/bin.syn/snpslmd
create license file by use ~/ocad/tools/licsrv/generator/synlicgen under windows system
