HSPICE 2016 仿真波形文件打开出错

我电脑的系统是WIN10 64位，成功安装并破解了HSPICE2016版本，仿真过程也都正常，输出.lis文件查看也正常，但是波形文件始终无法打开。
如果用Awave打开波形文件，直接报错：Illegal path。
改用CustomExplorer C-2009.09打开波形文件，则显示相当的奇怪

波形很奇怪，怀疑是读取的格式和存储的格式不一样？
请问大家是不是HSPICE2016存储波形文件的格式变化了？

用HSPICE Toolbox for Matlab读取文件，则报错：
error in hs_allocate_sf:  wrong binary format
   only hspice post format '9601' or cppsim output is supported
   in this case, the input file is version '0000'
调用 "loadsig" 时，未对一个或多个输出参数赋值。


我尝试安装HSPICE以前的版本，到仿真过程就卡住不动了。
虽然可以写脚本从lis文件中提取数据作图，但是因为数据量很大，文件多，太麻烦了！
请问大家怎么解决。
求教！

搞好了 ， 加入.options post_version=9601就行了

请问这是在hspice生成tr0文件的时候加的代码吗？最近的项目突然用到和spice不是很懂，谢谢楼主
