电感的SRF如何提高？有什么有效措施吗？

There are some basic approaches that help you to increase the SRF.
- Reduce the inductor area. Try to use the minimum line width available in your technology
- Make the windings closer to each other. Use the minimum that your DRC allows
- Dont use a ground metal plane under the inductor. This increases the losses but does not generate a bigger capacitance from the inductor to the metal plane.

Reducing the inductor size will typically result in the desired SRF. Try that.

Try to reduce the inductor area. If you need a big inductance value, use lines with minimum width to increase the inductance per unit length. That typically will allow you to control the SRF very good.
