PA design for any standard

For anyone who can give me a PA layout in Cadence with tsmc 0.18um.
You must give me the project file (schematic and layout of the PA) compatible with cadence 6.1.

Design for any standard is acceptable for example:GPS, Bluetooth, UWB,....
