"Error: Incomplete installation. OpenAccess is missing or improperly installed." is due to bad platform detection. To solve it you must create 2 symlinks under

$ROOT/amd64/OA/{bin,lib}

named "unknown_32" and pointing to where the other linux_* links are pointing (for 64bit platforms the destination is "linux_rhel50_gcc44x_64")
