NO.369-模拟IC设计工程师(Shanghai)

职位描述：
1. 主要负责信号类IC设计（包括系统设计）
2. 负责与版图工程师协作完成版图设计。

岗位要求：

1、微电子或相关专业，本科及以上学历，三年以上模拟IC设计经验；

2、熟悉IC设计流程（CMOS， DMOS、BCD工艺），熟悉基本器件结构；

3、能够熟练使用模拟电路设计的EDA工具；

4、有信号类IC产品项目直接设计经验，如ADC/DAC，运算放大器，滤波器，音频/视频驱动电路,马达驱动等。能理解系统层面要求并将其反应到电路层面的规格中去，熟悉MEMS传感器电路架构优先。

5、熟悉IC版图设计要求，并指导Layout工程师完成Layout设计;

6、良好的团队合作精神和交流表达能力；

7、有良好的英语读写能力。
