职位描述:
1. 主要负责信号类IC设计(包括系统设计)
2. 负责与版图工程师协作完成版图设计。
岗位要求:
1、微电子或相关专业,本科及以上学历,三年以上模拟IC设计经验;
2、熟悉IC设计流程(CMOS, DMOS、BCD工艺),熟悉基本器件结构;
3、能够熟练使用模拟电路设计的EDA工具;
4、有信号类IC产品项目直接设计经验,如ADC/DAC,运算放大器,滤波器,音频/视频驱动电路,马达驱动等。能理解系统层面要求并将其反应到电路层面的规格中去,熟悉MEMS传感器电路架构优先。
5、熟悉IC版图设计要求,并指导Layout工程师完成Layout设计;
6、良好的团队合作精神和交流表达能力;
7、有良好的英语读写能力。
