SiliconSmart set same cell delay index as ref liberty?

Dear Guys,
I am newer of SiliconSmart.
There is a question about my SiliconSmart cell characterization result for timing delay index_1 and index_2 are changed.
Does anyone know  how to set those value same as reference liberty?

    How can I control the significant digit of index.
    The reference is 0.0105281, and the result is 0.010528.
