Job Requirements:
1.Administration of Asia vacancies including scheduling interviews and conducting background and reference checks
2.Collating interview feedback from all interviewers, keeping candidates/recruitment consultants updated on status
3.Support of training events and logistics
4. Maintenance of employee Personal Files
5. Support of employee Shanghai residence permit renew and applications
6.Support of visa application, including dispatch and invitation letter etc.
7.Other HR Operational activities

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree in Human Resource or business related major
2.1-2 years’ experience in HR
3.Good team player is a must
4.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
5.Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative work style
6.High attention to detail and operationally strong
7.Excellent written and verbal communication skills
8.Initiative to complete tasks and work independently
9.Good English skill in both written and spoken
