Reporting structure
This is an individual contributor role, reporting to the Director of Sales team.
Tasks and responsibilities
This is a hands-on role for managing the target key customer accounts and develop proper sales channel for business ramp up and next-stage customer development. The primary focus of this role is to develop businesses at new customer accounts in China. This includes:
·         Penetrating to key solar energy customers.
·         Developing business at these accounts.
·         Establishing as a major supplier of the advanced energy harvesting solution and power management solution at these accounts.
·         Creating sales funnel that will generate significant revenue from these new customer accounts in coming years.
·         Contributing to the sustained revenue growth in China region.

Qualifications and skills
·         All candidates must have a Bachelor degree in E/E, advanced degree preferred.
·         Fluent English is a must.
·         At least 5 years’ experience in business development and key account management.
·         Experience driving customer adoption of proprietary and sole-source technologies is directly relevant.
·         Solar and Power management design and application experience is highly desirable.
·         Proven ability to think strategically, develop business from scratch, prioritize among competing objectives and manage large accounts successfully.
·         Successful track record of developing business with new technology and customers.
·         Able to demonstrate the ability with the revenue and other measurable strategic goals.
