Senior Design Engineer     

Summary:

The candidate will perform architecturaland transistor-level design and implementation of CMOS power ICs. The candidatewill contribute at many levels of the development cycle including architecturaldesign, circuit design, simulation, modeling, verification and benchcharacterization

Responsibilities:

1. Proactively communicate & negotiatewith product definers on device objective specification

2. Analog feasibility and circuit design

3. Schematic entry, simulation, modeling,verification, lab evaluation of the design and documentation

4. Design for test, manufacture and lowcost production

Qualifications:

1. Must have at least 2 years analog designexperience

2. MSEE degree highly preferred

3. Must have good knowledge anddesigned/specified some or all of the following blocks: LDO, DCDC, PowerSwitch, Power Fuse, LED Driver, Power FET Driver

4. Must be able to direct layout foroptimal analog performance

5. Must have understanding of devicephysics

6. Knowledgeable about CAD simulation andmask design tools such as Cadence Spectre, Assura LVS and DRC tools

7. Must work well in a team environment andbe self-motivated and pro-active

8. Good oral and written communicationskills in English
