“Once the digitizing rate has been chosen, the size of the transform
determines the resolution of the spectrum because the number of points times
th dwell time is the duration of the FID observation. For exmample, if the
FID is digitized at 10kHz for 1 second, a 1Hz resolution is the best that
can be expected and the frequency window will be 5kHz wide."
