Responsibilities:

1.
Benchvalidation and characterization on power management IC products

2.
Defineand develop product supporting hardware and software (EVMs, software, tools)

3.
Design-IN/WINsupport of worldwide key accounts and field sales of WLED backlight driverproducts

4.
Applicationnotes, technical articles, customer training on WLED backlight driver Ics

5.
Support design, systems and productengineers during new product development

Qualifications:

1.
Bachelor's degree orabove. Major in power electronics is preferred

2.
Knowledgeof power electronics topologies and of their key performance parameters

3.
Hand-on experience on IC productvalidation and verification in lab

4.
System know-how of power managementIC applications

5.
Familiarwith labview software programming and EDA tools for EVM design

6.
Teamplayer with strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with peoplefrom different functions and cultures in order to complete objectives

7.
Good customerhandling skills

8.
Must be highly self-motivated,creative and able to accomplish tasks independently

9.
Good English language abilities

10.
Excellent self and projectmanagement skills

工作经验这一块 范围比较宽 本科4年以上 硕士2年以上都可以 如果工作经验较短 power这块儿的技术功底一定要扎实 职位title也会根据不同的候选人有相应的调整
