have to study the requirement, but I heard "write through" concept. meaning read and write to the same location, and the read out is the data_in. comments welcome

Sram的控制器中都有一个仲裁器的，出现这种情况下，一般会仲裁为先写再读，有点像CPU中的hazard一个道理

如果你没有设计额外的电路来仲裁，那么是不能同时读写的，若读写使能同时有效，则输出一般都不正确
