vivado 2012.3 license 亲测可用
除vivado HLS不能用，其他所有功能
2012.4也可用。过期不同管，会告警说license已过期xxx天，还是可以生成bit文件

告警信息如下

INFO: [Common 17-349] Got license for feature 'Implementation' and/or device 'xc7k325t'
