When I use the "read_vcd" command to load the vcd files to access power consumption, A license problem occurs as following:

Error: This site is not licensed for 'PrimeTime-PX'. (SEC-51)
Error: Cannot proceed without power analysis feature. (PWR-002)

Does anyone provide me some advice to settle this problem down, I'll appreciate that.

check you license setting
or buy the license
