Supplier Service Program Analyst
Description
Fab 68, in Dalian, PRC is Intels first Greenfield fab in a new geography in 15 years. In this position, you will be playing a key role in the supplier management for field service support requirements on all capital equipment for Fab 68. Responsibilities center on determining implementing the correct service support models over time to cost-effectively maintain the fab equipment. You will also be participating in designing the Supplier Service Teams roles to support start up sustaining operations. You will be developing, implementing, managing effective supplier management practices for F68 factory customers. Following completion of the startup phase, you will be working to continually improve service efficiency costs. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Learning Intel culture systems
- Implementing Supplier management systems including contract management supplier improvement
- Providing ongoing cost tracking, forecasting, presentations, others to hit SSP cost goals overall supplier management
- Working with our training erparts to implement the SSP strategy to underst, forecast, obtain commitments for the training capacity to start-up the tools reduce costs over time as the fab ramps
- Establishing running systems to bring in assimilate green badge personnel, follow up with stakeholders suppliers on service quality issues, others
- Partnering with key internal/external stakeholders to identify implementing solutions so waste elimination benefits cost reduction are realized
- Interfacing with SSP erparts in other Intel factories to underst build on lessons learned from previous start-ups
- Analyzing evaluating options from large, sometimes complex data sets
- Responsible for distill analyses, results options into simple, straightforward communication
- Creating uting to financial forecasts
Qualifications
You should possess a Bachelor of Science degree in a Business, Manufacturing, or Engineering discipline plus at least two years of related experience or equivalent. Additional qualifications include:
- Demonstrated, effective verbal written communications problem solving skills
- Strong personal leadership skills
- Ability to bring groups with diverse interests goals together obtain their commitment to a single, integrated plan which meets Fab68s business goals for key toolsets
- Need to create maintain strong feedback loops between suppliers stakeholders, to ensure we achieve service quality cost goals
- Ability to communicate in English both verbally in written form
- Given this is a startup in a new Intel location, you will need to tolerate ambiguity demonstrate flexibility due to inevitable surprises.
The following qualifications would be added advantages:
- Direct experience in implementing managing contracts supplier service management
- Supplier management experience an understing of key fab suppliers functional area requirements for equipment service personnel
- Underst or learn Intels commercial contracting requirements, also the fabs technical, service level, cost needs
Process Engineer
Job description
In this position, you will be reporting to Process Engineering Manager working closely with process engineering, yield/integration, manufacturing teams to start up ramp the 1st Intel 300 mm Fab in Asia will be located in Dalian. Applying to this posting will allow you to be considered for all process engineer positions available at this time. It may require training assignment in the US for up to one year before locating to Dalian, China. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Transferring process technology into F68, the 1st Intel 300 mm Fab in Asia.
Leading owning process equipment qualification, tool preventative maintenance, management of troubleshooting activities, regular monitoring of tool/process performance, defect analysis/reduction, cost reduction to achieve both operation equipment excellence under LEAN principle.
Working with existing Intel 300mm fabs around the world to improve tool process performance, reduce cost, increase flexibility in process transfer.
Working with leading manufacturing equipment teams to develop inventive solutions to improve ution efficiency in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
You should possess a Bachelors or a Masters degree or a Doctorate in Engineering or Sciences more than 3 plus years of direct semiconductor industry experience. Additional qualification includes:
Good understing of factory /or fabrication operations
A strong understing of semiconductor process technology issues, manufacturing science systems, engineering applications
Critical data Engineering analysis skills software proficiency. Ability to summarize complex data sets for technical non-technical audiences
Technical expertise within Semiconductor Processing be able to provide technical direction on all quality issues.
Excellent listening, written verbal communication, tolerance of ambiguity, commitment to task.
Demonstrated technical leadership capability including strong training, mentoring coaching skills.
Demonstrated the capability of working in leading a high performing team culture which includes: setting high expectations, driving acability to those expectations, role modeling the desired culture, possess excellent teamwork, demonstrated problem solving prioritization skills, driving high performance maintenance goals for the group.
Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment.
