How to understand spectrum of OQPSK and QPSK?

In RFMicroelectronics writen by Razavi, he mentioned the spectrum of OQPSK and QPSK is same. But from my understanding, OQPSK has smoother phase change and should have less high frequency than QPSK. Is my understanding wrong? Thanks,

They are the same.
You can look into their autocorrelation functions, which are identical.
