大家帮我看看这个是怎么做的
in order to reﬂect the process variation, we randomly varied the delay parameters of the SMIC technology library in the range of 7.5%. We then compile the modiﬁed libraries through Synopsys Library Compiler [9] to get compiled libraries.
这个流程具体是怎样的啊，大家有没有对这熟悉的

ISE QUARTUS(10)都是有对应工具来做的
ISE：叫libcomplie吧，
QUARTUS：TOOLS -> LAUNCH EDA LIBRARY COMPILER
