Abstract

The WPAN of the future, networking the things of today with future appliances will quite possibly be based on

IEEE 802.15.5 or 6LoWPAN. The need for higher bandwidth and greater numbers of connected devices points

towards this outcome, or an equivalent standard following the IEEE 802.15.5’s mesh topology routing technology

principles.
