How to decide offset cancellation switch type ?

I want to design a comparator with offset cancellation,
but how to decide offset cancellation switch type ?
NMOS? PMOS? or transmission gate?
From simulation, I found it seems using transmission gate is better,
Is this result right?

个人觉得，用单管还是传输们是根据所传输信号的特性所决定的，如幅度
当然也和前级电路的驱动能力有关，比如前级接的容性负载较多，还是用传输门合适
你做的比较器有前级放大器么？

Yes,
and the switch is placed in preamplifier stage.
