Installing SoC 8.1?

I extracted the contents of the iso file. Downloaded patch_encounter32 and placed it into the directory I extracted the iso file to. Ran the patch, but it fails:

I installed the 8.1 version downloaded from torrents.

Please, someone help me get this software working. All I have is the iso file.
