it is actually same as athena only difference is Athena is 2d and vitory process is 3d...no other diffence can be seen..however i dont have it as my own but i have worked on it in job..you can design your project with Sentaurus process or topography for higher accuracy.

From victory process user manual, The simulation result seems better than atlas and athena, where you get victory process ?
It is not included into Tcad normal package.

you have to buy it from silvaco and company reference must be given as usual. yes, this product is not included in TCAD pakage given in their website. i think you need to use Sentaurus process for better simulation.
